Plans & limits

Every plan, price and limit in one table. When any other page disagrees with this one, this one is right.

Three plans, one shared wallet per organisation. Everything below is the current position — for how the money actually moves, see Credit & top-ups.

Price and included credit

Pro and Scale are monthly subscriptions. Prices are net, with UK VAT at 20% added at payment for UK billing locations and no UK VAT outside the UK — see Plans; totals quoted at checkout are VAT-inclusive and match the card charge. Each renewal grants the month's calling credit into the wallet — £45 on Pro, £150 on Scale. Unused credit rolls over, capped at one month's credit.

Starter has no monthly fee and no included credit: usage is funded by top-ups. New accounts can start with a one-month Pro trial instead — see Choosing how you pay. Upgrades take effect immediately; switching down keeps the paid plan live until the already-paid period ends — details in Plans.

Rates and six-second billing

The per-minute rate is the price of a minute in conversation with a single agent on the most popular model — the one the Builder picks by default — and includes integrations, knowledge bases, call recording and transcription. Other models carry their own rates: pipeline models — speech recognition, then a text model, then synthesis — meter those parts, and subagents and the Agent Builder use tokens, charged per token where they are used; the full rate card is in the dashboard. Calls are billed in 6-second increments, drawn from the prepaid balance; at zero, new calls pause until the wallet is topped up, so an organisation can never owe money.

Numbers and knowledge bases

The purchased-number allowance — 1, 3 or 10 — covers numbers bought through the platform. Numbers brought on a private trunk never count against it; connect existing kit with SIP registrations, or contact support for a private trunk.

Every knowledge base holds up to 100 MB of extracted text, on every plan. After a downgrade past the new limit, existing bases keep working; new ones can't be added until the count is back under it.

Retention, support and integrations

Call history — recordings, transcripts and the data feed — is kept for 90 days on Starter, 6 months on Pro, and 1 year on Scale.

Workspace integrations — Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including calendar booking — are on Pro and Scale, as are MCP tool-server connections: 2 on Pro, 10 on Scale, counting each connected server (not each tool or agent). Team email summaries work on every plan: they send from a polite.ai address to the organisation's verified members, with sending from an own domain coming soon. Support is by email on every plan; other support arrangements are part of the enterprise tier below.

Beyond Scale

Larger estates and channel partners can run on an Enterprise / Service Provider arrangement — a flexible custom tier with all integrations and knowledge bases, custom call concurrency, hosting with us or self-hosting, white labelling, channel pricing and flexible support arrangements. Contact support to talk it through.

Good to know

This table is the source of truth. If a price or limit anywhere else — in the product or in these docs — disagrees with it, trust this page and tell support.
