Each plan has a per-minute rate for calls handled by one agent using our most popular model. Integrations, knowledge bases, call recording and transcription are included. Other models have separate rates. Subagents and Agent Builder usage are charged per token. Your full rate card is available in the dashboard. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Any applicable VAT is shown at checkout.

Every approved organisation starts with a 30-day Pro trial — £45 of calling credit, £0 today, cancel any time before the trial ends. A basic reception agent can be described, tested and published in minutes.

How billing works

What your rate covers

The published per-minute rate applies to calls handled by one agent using our most popular model. It includes the language model, voice, telephony, integrations, knowledge bases, call recording and transcription. Other models have separate rates. Subagents and Agent Builder usage are charged per token. Your full rate card is visible in the dashboard.

Six-second billing

Calls are billed in six-second increments, so a 30-second call is not rounded up to a full minute.

Prepaid spending limit

Call charges are deducted from prepaid credit. Calling pauses when the credit is used up, so charges cannot continue to accumulate. Add £25, £50, £100 or £250, or enable automatic top-ups.

Phone-number allowance

Hold up to 1 number on Starter, 3 on Pro or 10 on Scale. Buy and release numbers in the dashboard, or connect your own SIP trunk.

Pricing questions

What happens at the end of the trial?

No Pro subscription fee is charged during the 30-day trial. At the end of the trial, Pro renews at £45 + VAT per month unless you cancel beforehand.

What happens when my credit runs out?

Calling pauses. Your dashboard, agents and configuration remain unchanged. Add credit to resume calls.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have paid for, with no minimum term. The core platform is open source.

Are the prices shown with VAT?

Prices exclude VAT. Customers in the UK are charged 20% VAT. No UK VAT is charged outside the UK. VAT-registered businesses can provide their VAT number so the appropriate tax treatment is shown at checkout. Checkout shows the price before VAT, the VAT amount and the total before payment.
